Russian Salad

 Ingredients:

one medium potato

two medium carrots.

1 small onion

two little dill pickles

two large apples

Frozen peas, 1 cup

Mayonnaise, one cup

pepper and salt as desired

Instructions:

In a big pot, boil the carrots and potatoes for about 20 minutes, or until they are tender and easily punctured with a fork. Drain and allow cooling.

Cut the apples, pickles, onions, pickles, potatoes, and carrots into small pieces.

Put the peas, diced veggies, and apples in a large bowl.

Once everything is coated, stir in the mayonnaise.

To taste, add salt and pepper to the food.

Before serving, let the food cool for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Offer chilled.
