lemon fried chicken wings
π chicken wings half a kilo 2 salt to taste 3 tbsp Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp

π tablespoons of sugar 13 tablespoons of honey

1 Wash the chicken wings and cut them into two pieces and place them in a wide bowl. Mix 2 ginger garlic, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon cornflour and egg and make a paste and mix well on the chicken wings. Let it rest for 3 to 35 minutes. Mix 4 flour, garlic powder and double bread crumbs and roll one chicken wings in it. 5 Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken wings over medium heat. Deep fry till golden. To make 6 sauces, add lemon juice, a tablespoon of cornflour, sugar, honey, salt, turmeric color and crushed ginger in half a cup of water and mix it on low heat. Cook until thickened. 7 Take out the beautifully fried chicken wings in a platter, put hot sauce on them and add green onion.
