Ingredients🍧

Beef herbs: Klu Pasahwa Garlic Ginger: One tablespoon Crushed raw papaya: 2 tablespoons Lemon juice: 4 tablespoons Tamarind pulp: 2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup: 2 tbsp Licking spices: a teaspoon Chopped red pepper: a teaspoon Crushed pepper: a teaspoon Salt: to taste Oil: 5 tablespoons Mint leaves: to decorate Synthesis

Synthesis🍧

In a bowl, mix the meat seasonings, garlic, ginger, papaya, a tablespoon of oil and salt and leave for at least 5 hours. Put 5 herbs on a wooden skewer. Repeat this process and prepare the rest of the meat skewers. Heat the remaining oil in a large frying pan, place the skewers on it, cover and cook until the meat is tender. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, tamarind pulp, tomato ketchup, lick spices, red pepper and black pepper. Place the 200 tablespoons on top of the skewers, cook until 200 tablespoons thick, and remove to a dish. Serve delicious beef garnished with mint leaves🍖🍖🍖🍖
